Before you call or write - Be sure to check our basic rates, so that you will get an idea about pricing before contacting us.  We often will have specials or will work with you to put together a package.  Pricing  starts with basic rates, then discounts may be applied, depending on time of year and other factors.
Also, we suggest that you get a basic idea of airline prices and availability.  However, we can help you find the best deals, so, if you haven't found what you're looking for, ask us.
Keep in mind that we will work with you to create a vacation offering a variety of options to suit you and your budget.

*Cancellations Official Policy - For reservations cancelled at least three weeks before date of arrival, deposits will be returned within 60 days, minus $50 or 10%.  For reservations cancelled within three weeks or less, deposits will be returned within 60 days, minus $100 or 30%.

Concerning deposits:  Maravilla is a small B&B and "opens" only when guests arrive.  In addition to the usual expected preparations, food and meals must be planned, shopped for, and some items made in advance.  Therefore, we do require deposits in order to be well-prepared to receive you and give you the best quality experience.

Check-in time is between 2:30pm and 5:30 pm, unless you have made other arrangements with us.

Please call by 2:30 to give us an update.
