We feature creative and original recipes in many venues - including but not limited to: vegetarian, vegan and raw food . Guests are consistently delighted with our cuisine - mostly a blend of international and Caribbean flavors, served with flair and elegance.
Many of our fruits, vegetables and herbs are grown in our own organic gardens. Some of the fruits include: oranges, bananas, tangerines, limes and grapefruit; mameys, guavas, soursop, mangos, starfruit, pineapple, papaya. We also offer organic spinach, kale, lettuces and other greens, as well as pumpkins, eggplant and various vegetables used in our kitchen. In addition, we serve our own fresh spring water.
Our bakery: All of our breakfast pastries and desserts are made with a combination of flours, which may include unbleached white, barley flour, oat flour and more. (glutenfree uses different flours, of course.) For sweeteners, we use local unrefined sugar, agave, fructose, maple syrup, fruits and fruit juices. Our breakfast pastries are loaded with nutritious flaxseed and nuts.
Some of our popular items include: original soups, homemade seitan in delicious flavors, inventive tofu dishes, Maravilla-made pizzas and appetizers and outstanding desserts.
Dine indoors, on our garden patio or take a picnic with you! Choose a Bed and Breakfast,
Ala carte* (see below for price ranges) or All-Inclusive option.
For those not yet(!) vegetarian, you will nevertheless enjoy our breakfast buffet and we can direct you to the best local restaurants for your other favorite foods.
